This is what Windows Longhorn looked like in demos before Aero was introduced. Plex, for a placeholder theme, does look quite good, though. Shame it was never finalized. Also, this shirt is 128x128, and the UI is adjusted to that resolution. There's also a 256x256 version that also includes the start menu
